Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using TruPeople HR (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The Service
TruPeople HR provides attendance, daily time records, payslip generation, leave, org structure, and a multi-company people registry. Features and statutory automations may change as the product evolves. You are responsible for verifying payroll figures and statutory filings with your accountant; the Service is a tool, not tax or legal advice.
3. Trials & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly at the rates shown at sign-up (Starter ₱499/mo up to 25 employees; Growth ₱999/mo up to 75 employees). Free trials run 60 days and require no card. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to breach security, or upload unlawful data. The people registry must be used only for your own group of companies and lawful HR purposes; it must not be used as a cross-employer blacklist or in any way that violates the Data Privacy Act or Labor Code.
5. Your data
You own your data. We process it per our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful basis of employee data you enter.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior [3] months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including incorrect statutory filings.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the courts of [city], Philippines.
